Submit Application

Interview

Once your application is reviewed, you’ll be invited for an interview. This step allows us to understand your experiences, skills, and commitment. We’ll also discuss your potential match with a mentee and address any questions you might have.

Background Check

For the safety and well-being of our youth, all prospective mentors must undergo a comprehensive background check. This includes criminal history and child abuse clearance to ensure a secure environment for our mentees.

As a mentor, you'll provide guidance, support, and encouragement to your assigned mentee. Your role includes helping with academic goals, career advice, and personal development. You must commit to regular meetings and maintain a supportive, positive relationship.
